Why am I leaking clear fluid? - clear fluid while menstruating

I am sure it is not urine, but while I was on my period if I have a certain way I leak clear fluid, and perhaps a tablespoon size postponed. No blood on him. Period was heavier than normal and had the buffer. He did not need to go to the bathroom in these places. What's happening?
